FJT Alumni Head Down Magnolia Lane

March 30, 2016

Florida Junior Tour alumni, Daniel Berger and Brooks Koepka will get to live out one of their childhood dreams next week as they will play in The Masters Tournament on April 7-10.

Daniel Berger, of Jupiter, has found instant success on the PGA Tour.  Berger earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2015, is currently ranked 59th in the world and has earned over 3 million dollars in just over a year. Berger earned his way to his first Masters by his finish at the 2015 Tour Championship.

Brooks Koepka, of Jupiter, has also found his stride on the PGA Tour earning his first victory at the 2015 Waste Management Phoenix Open. Koepka who is currently ranked 18th in the world is coming off a top 5 finish at the Dell Match Play Championship. Koepka will look to use his experience from last year at Augusta and expand on his T-33 finish.

The Florida Junior Tour is now in its 15th season and will conduct 30 - 36 Hole Events and 2 - 54 Hole Majors in 2016. The tour and the FSGA Junior Championships (Boys' Junior, Girls' Junior, Junior Match Play Championships, Junior Florida Cup & Junior Team Championship) would not be possible without the help of The Future of Golf Foundation.  Click below to see more information on becoming a Foundation Member and supporting the future of Junior Golf.
