Professional Purse - The professional's prize list above represents a purse of $80,650 and is payable only to
players making the cut (low 60 players and ties).

Order of Payment - Professionals will be paid in order of finish without regard to the amateurs.  (The lowest
scoring professional will receive the first prize and the 10th lowest scoring professional will receive the
10th place money even though several amateurs may finish higher than 10th).  All professionals who make
the cut will receive a minimum of $600.  All amateurs making the cut will receive a minimum of $250 in gift
certificates. Players who make the cut but fail to finish 54 holes will receive the minimum payout.

Treatment of Ties - Ties will be broken by playoff for overall champion only.  Prize amounts for all other tied
positions will be combined and divided between the tied players.

There is no reallocation of the professional purse due to amateurs making the cut. (Example - If only one professional
made the cut he would win $12,000 not $80,650). If 40 professionals make the cut, they will be paid based on the prize
list above for the top 40 professionals. Fewer total dollars would be paid and more gift certificates would be awarded.

Method of Payment  - Checks will be mailed by the Wednesday following the Championship to the
address provided by each player on their entry form. Gift certificates will be available immediately after
the awards ceremony and are redeemable in the Quail Valley golf shop.

Rain Shortened Event - In the event of a 36 hole Championship, the top 60 players and ties will receive prizes.
