     Richard Blake, assistant pro at Miami Lakes Country Club, birdied three of the last six holes en route to a three-under-par 69 and four-shot victory in the $50,000 Florida PGA at Sandpiper Bay in Port St. Lucie.
     Blake finished at 11-under 277 to win $5,500. Buddy Alexander of Lakeland, who began the final round tied with Blake and Kenny Knox, finished second with a 73. Knox, of Tallahassee, shot 74.
     Tony Valentine of Sunrise, who won the tournament in 1978, shot 72-284 to finish tied for sixth.
