| The GHIN service is
competitively priced and is billed to clubs on a per-member

The GHIN service is billed
three times per year in February, June and November. The
first bill will be for all members on the service after the
January deletion deadline. The second bill will be for any
members you added to the service since the first billing.
The third bill will be for any members you added to the
service since the second billing, and these members will
only be charged half-price for the second half of the year.
