The USGA Handicap
System Licensing Program for Clubs is a requirement
for all clubs wishing to
utilize the USGA Handicap System. All clubs must
become licensed by December 31, 2011. To be licensed, a
representative or club member must be certified by
attending a FSGA Handicap Seminar.
