Pat Finfrock, of Port St. Lucie, was awarded Volunteer-of-the-Year for Course Rating. Pat joined the Section 12 Course Rating Team in 1994 and became Captain in 2000. With four counties and over 100 courses to rate, Pat’s team keeps busy rating 10-12 courses a year. Pat continues his course rating education by attending seminars and sharing his experiences with his team.
