Boys' Division

Temperatures on Saturday were slightly above freezing as players warmed up on driving range.  The sun did it's best to come out and provide some warmth, but never quite made it out from behind the clouds.  Despite that, Fletcher Wunderlich was able to blaze Brooksville CC to the tune of a 67.  A host of other players were sitting at or below par overnight.  One of those, Remi Chartier, was able to to sustain his momentum from Saturday's round.  After a few bogeys on the front nine, he was sitting at one under for the tournament.  However, Chartier birdied the 551 yard par 5, 18th to best Stewart Slayden and Cy Storlien by one stroke.

Girls' Division

Rachel Silverman took advantage of the calm winds on Saturday to muster the best round of the day.  Her 74, spurred by an even par back nine, was the best total of the day and left her with a one stroke lead over Mimi Chen.  Starting on the back nine on Sunday, Silverman got off to a blistering start.  Making four birdies to just one bogey, her 33 was the best nine holes of the weekend for the girls flight.  Silverman would coast home to shoot a second round, 75.  The five shot victory was the first of Rachel's Florida Junior Tour career!
