How did golf become a part of your life?

Golf became a part of my life when I was 14 years old. Watching Tiger Woods emerge on the scene made me want to play golf. I got my first job at a local golf course cleaning the restaurant to get free golf, and I was hooked. My closest friends also picked up the game, so we played any chance we could get.

Hobbies and family?

I love to travel, play golf, go to sporting events and spend time with family and friends.

Family: Wife - Jasmine, married March 2011 (Children: Austin - 6, Evan - 3)

Favorite memory from the FSGA?

Getting to meet Jack Nicklaus at our 100th Amateur for the first time is one of my favorite memories. He was gracious enough to speak at the players dinner, and he stayed after to briefly speak with every player that attended the dinner. After that, our staff got to interact, meet him and take some photos. It was a great experience.

Fun Facts?

I have one hole in one (Slam dunk 8-iron from 165). I was also lucky enough to attend Game 7 of the 2004 Stanley Cup finals with my dad and brother, when the Lightning won the Stanley Cup. It was one of the coolest sports moments that I have been a part of.
