13-year-old, Kayla Bryant, is the youngest player to advance to match play, earning the No. 47 seed.

Round of 64 matches will begin on Friday morning, with the Round of 32 matches beginning in the afternoon.

Quotable

“I think with match play you have to play a little bit more aggressive at points, especially if you are down in the match. You have to think through it and be more strategic during match play.” – Herrmann heading into match play

“I just really wanted to go out and have fun. I didn’t get to look at the golf course and have a practice round so I really wanted to just play at pins and go at pins where I could and where I couldn’t just make pars.” – Huber on her second-round 71

“The course plays pretty short. But there is definitely some holes and tee shots that you have to think about. You have to keep your focus throughout 18 holes, no matter what, so that’s important.” – Alyssa Lamoureux on the Creek Course

“I got off to a really good start, and kept my momentum going on the back nine. Bogeyed 10 and 11 but came back with three birdies in a row. Just fed off of yesterday. Looking forward to the next couple days, should be fun.” – Baxendale on her second-round 69
