U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur Championship

The FSGA conducts one sectional qualifying event for the Championship.

Eligibility

The championship is open to amateur female golfers who have reached their 25th birthday on or before October 3, 2015 and who hold a USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 9.4.

Apply to Play

Entry applications must be received by USGA no later than 5 P.M. E.D.T. on Wednesday, August 19, 2015.
