Boys (16-18) Junior Amateur Points System

Juniors earn points through FSGA and USGA competitions. They also earn points through state and national championships that are not solely for juniors. Points are used to determine the Player of the Year, Seasonal Points Champions, Junior Florida Cup teams, FJT exemptions, and AJGA exemptions. Points are not awarded after qualifying (Exception: US Open Local qualifying). Rather, only when a player actually starts the championship.
