It's time to begin planning your tournament schedule! The 2015 Championship Schedule is now available and entries are opening Monday, January 19th. With over 35 championships on the schedule there are several tournaments for every age and gender; and in many formats: individual stroke play, match play, four-ball (two person best ball), team competitions, a parent-child, and foursomes (alternate shot).
Entries are accepted first-come, first-served for majority of the championships until the field is full. Entrants are placed on an alternates list once the field is full. Eight championships require all non-exempt players to play in a 18-hole local qualifier in hopes of advancing to the championship proper.
In addition to the state championships the FSGA runs over 180 one-day net competitions for golfers with a GHIN handicap in Florida (max index of 24.0 for men and 34.0 for women).
