TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1. FORMAT: All players traveling to Cypress Run Golf Club are guaranteed an 18 hole-seeding round and at least one round of match play.  After the 18 hole seeding round, the field of 80 will be divided into a Championship flight of 32 players and two additional flights of 16 and one flight of 16 for the Super Senior Division.

2. WHITHDRAWALS:  Anyone “No Showing” for a match will be required to submit a $150.00 donation to the FSGA Future of Golf Foundation prior to being allowed entry into any future FSGA events. 

3. GOLF CARTS: Carts are included for all competitive rounds.  Players are responsible for practice round cart fees.

4. SPECTATORS AND CADDIES:  All spectators and caddies must walk.

5. ACCOMMODATIONS: Nearby on Route 19, lodging is available at the Hampton Inn (727) 945-7755 and the Best Western (727) 942-0358 in Palm Harbor. Please call for rates.

6. REGISTRATION: A registration table will be set up outside the pro shop prior to the seeding round.  All contestants are requested to check in. 

7. PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice times are available one week prior to the Championship on a space available basis.  Practice rounds are restricted on Saturday and Sunday until after 12:00 PM.  The price of your practice round is $25.00 plus tax including range balls.  Call (727) 937-3191 to arrange your times. Remember, you are a guest at Cypress Golf Club and gentlemanly behavior and proper dress is expected at all times.  The proper place to practice your swing is on the driving range. Hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

8.       FORMS OF PAYMENT:  Cypress Run Golf Club will accept cash, Master Card and Visa.

DIRECTIONS TO CYPRESS RUN GOLF CLUB

From Ocala: Take I-75 South to SR 56 West, follow to SR 54, and continue about 18 miles to Little Road.  Make a LEFT on Little Road, then a RIGHT onto Trinity Ave.   Follow Trinity to East Lake Dr. , where you make a LEFT.  At the first light, make a RIGHT turn (Keystone).  Take Keystone for about a mile, then turn RIGHT on East Lake Dr., and the Club entrance is on the right.

From Pinellas County: Take US 19 North to Tarpon Ave.   Make a RIGHT on Tarpon Ave. , and go about 2 miles. Take a LEFT turn on East Lake Dr. and the Club entrance is on the right.

From Bradenton: Take I-75 North to 275 North.

Exit 275 at Exit 30, which is 686 West towards Largo/Clearwater.  Go onto

Ulmerton Rd. , and then make a RIGHT onto US 19.  Go about 17.5 Miles and make a RIGHT onto Tarpon Ave.   Take a LEFT turn on East Lake Dr. and the Club entrance is on the right.

From Orlando: Take I-4 Westbound to I-75, and head North. Exit at the SR 56 exit West towards Land o’ Lakes, follow to SR 54, and continue about 18 miles to Little Road.  Make a LEFT on Little Road, then a RIGHT onto Trinity Ave.   Follow Trinity to East Lake Dr ,. where you make a LEFT.  At the first light, make a RIGHT turn (Keystone). Take Keystone for about a mile, then turn RIGHT on East Lake Drive , and the Club entrance is on the right.
