1. FORMAT: 54 holes individual stroke play. 

2. TEE TIMES: Round one tee times will begin at 8:00 AM off of the 1st and 10th tees. 

3. PRACTICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available on a space available basis one week prior to the event on weekdays and are restricted to Saturday-Sunday after 12:00 PM at a rate of $25 plus tax.  Please call (407) 273-4653 to arrange your practice round.

4. COURSE SET-UP: The golf course will be set-up approximately 6900-7100 yards.

5. REGISTRATION: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop prior to the first round. All competitors are requested to check in.

6. ACCOMMODATIONS: There are rooms available on a space available basis at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Airport Hotel in Orlando at the rate of $99 per night plus tax. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel direct at 407-856-0100 or 1-800-2-CROWNE. Please ask for the Florida State Golf Association rate.

7. DIRECTIONS: Eagle Creek Golf Club is located two miles South of the Narcoossee Road Exit off Route 417 (Central Florida Greenway) and five miles South of the Narcoossee Road Exit off the Beeline (Route 528) on 10350 Emerson Lake Blvd. See www.eaglecreek.info for complete directions.

8. PRACTICE RANGE: Range balls will be provided only prior to the competitive rounds.

9. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Eagle Creek Golf Club accepts cash and Visa or MasterCard.
