TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET-UP:  Total yardage will be between 6800 – 6900 yards.

3.                  DIRECTIONS TO THE MIROMAR LAKES BEACH & GOLF CLUB: Visit fsga.org and go to club services, click on club directory, search for Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club and click on map to the course.

4.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Hampton Inn for $59.00 per night.  Call (239) 947-9393 and identify yourself as an FSGA competitor for reservations.

5.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

6.                  PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event.  The cost of the practice round is $25.00 plus tax. Please call (239) 267-0523 to reserve a time for your practice round. The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

7.                  PAYMENT: The Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club accepts Cash and Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.

8.                  SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will strictly be enforced. See example on the reverse side.
