July 23 & 24, 2005

1. FORMAT: 36 holes individual stroke play.  Players will be re-paired and flighted after the first round.

2. TEE TIMES: Round one tee times will begin at 7:30 AM off of the 1^st and 10^th tees. 

3. PRACTICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available on a space available basis one week prior to the event, Monday-Friday after 10:00 AM, Saturday-Sunday after 12:00 PM at a rate of $25 plus tax.  Please call (407) 299-1099 to arrange your practice round.

4. COURSE SET-UP: The golf course will be set-up approximately 6800-6900 yards.

5. REGISTRATION: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop prior to the first round. All competitors are requested to check in.

6. ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Hampton Inn Universal Studios, call (407) 351-6716 and identify yourself as a Florida State Golf Association participant. The rate is $63 plus tax. Rooms should be reserved by June 22, 2005. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.

7. DIRECTIONS TO METROWEST GOLF CLUB:

From Interstate 4 (I-4)

Use exit 75B (Kirkman Road) North. Travel approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left on MetroWest Blvd. Turn left on Hiawassee Road, travel 200 yards and turn right on Lake Debra Drive (entrance to the club).

8. PRACTICE RANGE: Range balls will be provided only prior to the competitive rounds.

9. METHOD OF PAYMENT: MetroWest Golf Club accepts cash and Visa or MasterCard.
