TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET- UP:  Total yardage will be approximately 6700-6900 yards. We will be using the White and Red courses.

3.                  DIRECTIONS TO SUGAR MILL: From I-95 north take exit #249 (I-95 south #249A), go East on SR44 about ½ mile to blinking yellow light, turn left onto Sugar Mill Drive and continue to course.

4.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Holiday Inn – New Smyrna Beach, for $79 per night. Call (800-232-2414) for reservations prior to September 1, 2005 and identify yourself as an FSGA participant.

5.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

6.          PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event, after 12:00 PM on Saturday or Sunday, on a space available basis.  The cost of the practice round is $35.00 plus tax. Please call (386) 426-5210 to reserve a time for your practice round. The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

7.                  PAYMENT: Sugar Mill accepts Cash, Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.

8.                  SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will be strictly enforced.
