Jim Demick

Jim joined the FSGA in 1997 as the Executive Director. He is a native Floridian who grew up in Delray Beach and went on to attend the University of Florida. After graduate school, he practiced as a CPA with Price Waterhouse in Atlanta, and was subsequently a real estate developer and the Chief Operating Officer of a commercial real estate investment firm. In 1987, Jim married Gigi Wynne of Connecticut, and they have two children, Kate and Paul. Jim is a past president of the International Association of Golf Administrators and is the Chairman of the Florida Junior Golf Council, which provides more than $700,000 each year to junior golf programs in Florida.  Jim enjoys playing golf and visiting the mountains of North Carolina with his family.

Jack Pultorak

Jack started at the FSGA as the Manager of Tournament Administration in 2000. He was born and raised in East Syracuse, New York. He attended Columbia University and State University of New York at Cortland in upstate New York. He worked in the transportation business for twenty years before changing career paths. Jack began playing golf sporadically in high school. He enjoys the challenge of learning and applying the Rules of Golf, as well as movies, wine, and dining out. He resides in Tampa with his cat Daphne.

Tom joined the FSGA in February of 2003 after 5 years at the Doral Golf Resort in Miami. Making the move to Tampa with his wife Susan, they have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.The move from Miami will add at least 5 years to his life. When not involved with FSGA, Tom enjoys reading, movies, and sports of all kind.

 

Darin Green

Darin joined the FSGA in 2004. He moved to Tampa, Florida in 1988 at the age of 9 from central Illinois. He has been playing golf since he was 6 years old and competed in hundreds of junior tournaments. Darin "tried" to play as a professional on various mini-tours and worked as a Golf Professional at a couple clubs in Tampa. Now an amateur, Darin plays in several amateur events each year.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf with friends and traveling with his wife, Kathryn.

Jeff joined the Florida State Golf Association in July, 2007. He was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Jeff has worked in the golf business for over thirteen years. He attended the University of South Florida where he majored in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.  He enjoys following all sports, especially the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the USF Bulls. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, playing poker, and being with his family and friends.

 

Kyle Walkiewicz

Kyle joined the FSGA in January 2013 after a summer as a Tournament Operations Intern with the American Junior Golf Association. Born and raised in Howell, NJ, Kyle went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Monmouth University. In August of 2010, he moved to San Diego, California to attend The Golf Academy of America. He graduated in December of 2011 with a degree in Golf Management & Operations. Away from the golf world, Kyle enjoys sports, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. In 2012, he stepped foot in 28 of the 50 states.

Kyle was born and raised in suburban Philadelphia, playing golf throughout his childhood and was strongly involved as a participant and volunteer with The First Tee of Greater Philadelphia.  His golf highlight came qualifying to play in the 2008 Wal-Mart First Tee Open at Pebble Beach.  Kyle first came to the Tampa area to attend Saint Leo University in Dade City 2009-2013 and worked at Lake Jovita G & CC during his time at Saint Leo.  Kyle was a P.J. Boatwright Intern with the Pennsylvania Golf Association in the summers of 2012 & 2013 before coming to the FSGA in July of 2013. During his free time, Kyle enjoys following both Philadelphia and Tampa’s pro sports franchises and playing golf with friends.

 

Jenna Masnyk

Born and raised in Lincoln, Rhode Island, Jenna joined the FSGA in July 2013 after graduating from Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. Straying from her major, Jenna fell in love with the golf industry during her internship with the PGA Tour. Following in the footsteps of her older sister, Kelsey, she began playing golf at an early age, leading to her recruitment for Hofstra’s team. Masnyk earned the National Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Team and CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award. Outside golf, Jenna enjoys cooking, working out, indie rock, and hanging with her friends and family.

 

Justin Armstrong

Born and raised in Youngsville, New York, Justin began playing golf at the age of five. After playing collegiately at Goldey-Beacom College for one season in Wilmington, Delaware, he came to Florida to attend Florida State University. While attending FSU, Justin worked for the university’s athletic department as an assistant video coordinator while simultaneously attaining his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. Following graduation, he went on to pursue a career in golf as a P.J. Boatwright Intern with the Colorado Golf Association for the 2014 season before joining the FSGA in 2015. Outside of golf, Justin enjoys playing all sports and unfortunately deals with the daily struggle of following the New York Knicks, Mets, and Giants.

 

Kevin Fullenkamp

Kevin was born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. His interest in golf stemmed from caddying at Bloomfield Hills Country Club as a 7th grader, but never started playing the game himself until after high school.  He received a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Ohio University.  During his time in college, he continued to caddy at BHCC and accumulated nearly 1,000 rounds.  Before the FSGA, Kevin spent five months in Philadelphia working with the Pennsylvania Golf Association.  Away from golf, Kevin is a diehard University of Michigan fan and loves playing all sports, but especially basketball, football, and tennis.

Aaron Skoviera

Aaron joined the FSGA in June of 2000 in the GHIN Handicapping Department and was named Director of GHIN Services in 2003.  Born in Endwell, NY, he moved to Tampa with his family at the age of 15 but still roots for the New York Yankees and New York Giants.  He attended the University of South Florida where he graduated with a BS in Business Management in 1998.  Aaron is a current member of a USGA task force that will guide the development of future USGA products available to clubs and individual golfers.  Aaron and his wife Ashley were married in 2007 and have two sons, Avery and Jack.

 

Gary Donat

Gary joined the FSGA as Director of Course Rating in 2007. Prior to joining the FSGA, Gary was the Assistant Director of Handicapping for the Northern California Golf Association for 8 years. Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Gary attended Carmel High School where he played on the golf team. (In the early 80's, Carmel High's home course was Pebble Beach Golf Links.) He attended California State University, Chico where he majored in Finance. Gary has five children, four boys and one girl, Gabriel, Michael, Christian, Lance, and Brianna. Gary is trying to cure his duck hook and straighten out his "Billy Mayfair" putting stroke.

 

Kevin Kasubinski

Born in Monroe Township, New Jersey, Kevin came to Florida to attend the University of South Florida, attaining a B.A. in Business Administration.  Already having worked in the golf business since the age of 14, he decided that golf was the correct career path of choice.  Kevin became a PGA Member in 2001 and has worked in all capacities at a golf course from Cart Attendant through Director of Golf.  His experiences at fine facilities such as Avila Golf & Country Club, Fox Hollow Golf Club, and The Groves Golf & Country Club led him to the FSGA.  He and his wife, Heather, had their first child, Andrew, in 2008 and welcomed their second child, Alyssa in 2010.  Both are avid sports fans and have traveled to numerous baseball stadiums to catch a game across the U.S. with aspirations of actually visiting all 30 major league ballparks.

 

Mark Boyko

Mark joined the FSGA in April of 2014. Born in Manchester, Connecticut, he started his career in golf with building a Custom Golf Shop in East Windsor, CT while attending Eastern Connecticut State University. Mark sold his share and he continued designing and developing private label golf brands for a New England Retailer. During a stint working as a PGA Tour Representative, he learned that he really liked the warm weather.  Finally, 10 years with Seven Springs Golf & Country Club working with GHIN & TPP has allowed Mark to build tournament operations experience that he brings to the FSGA.  He now resides in New Port Richey, FL with his wife Debbie. In their spare time, they love to enjoy traveling, cooking, and organic gardening.

Wally Les

Wally was born and raised in Ludlow, Massachusetts.  With a passion for golf, Wally chose to pursue the game further when he was recruited to play college golf at Florida Southern College with notable teammates Rocco Mediate and Lee Janzen.  Wally played professional golf for 4 years on various tours including Space Coast, Florida Tour, and the New England Tour.  Shortly after his professional golf career, Wally worked as a Club Professional where he earned his PGA Class A Membership and progressed to the Head Golf Professional position at Walden Lakes G & CC in Plant City. To this day, Wally actively participates in South Florida PGA Tournaments.

Joe was born and raised in Glens Falls, New York. He moved to Naples, Florida in 1994 to pursue a life as a golf professional. Joe has been involved with the golf business for over 20 years. Joe has served the FSGA for more than a decade and has been responsible for many innovations in the GHIN tournament software while serving as a member of the USGA's GHIN Steering Committee. He enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling, and playing golf as much as possible.

Emily was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and moved to Florida with her family in 2005. She began playing golf at a young age and played competitively for the University of South Florida Women’s Golf Team and graduated with a degree in Business Management. Emily continued her passion for golf after college by becoming an assistant golf professional at Cypress Run Golf Club before working for the FSGA. Other than playing golf, Emily enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

 

Nicolette Darois

Raised in Rome, NY, Nicolette started playing golf at the age of nine with the help of her Dad and Grandfather. She played collegiately on University at Albany’s Women’s Golf Team where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Following graduation, she started her career in golf administration as the P.J. Boatwright Intern with the New York State Golf Association for the 2016 season before joining the FSGA in early November. Outside of golf, Nicolette enjoys baking, working out, spending time with friends and family, and being a New England sports fan.

Tracy Dachisen

Tracy joined the FSGA staff in 2011. She was born and raised in the Garden State, New Jersey. She spent a small part of her childhood on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in the small town of Easton. This is where she picked up her first golf club at the age of 6. Tracy played competitive golf from the ages of 12 to 24 and was fortunate to have the opportunity to play in many AJGA, collegiate, and national events. Tracy attended the University of South Florida where she played on the Women's Golf Team for four years. GO BULLS! In 1996, she was reunited with a former New Jersey junior golfer, Peter Dachisen, to whom she has been married since 1999. They are blessed with a son, Peter, who makes the Energizer Bunny look like a slacker. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and paper crafting.

 

Debby Lamontagne

Debby joined the FSGA in December 2002 after growing tired of the frequent relocations with the military along the eastern United States & Europe. After throwing a dart at the map of Florida, she decided to make Tampa her home and found her current position at the FSGA. She graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a B.S. degree in Accounting & Business Management.  She loves to harass office staff with the good ole Boston vs. New York rivalry.  Rumors have it that she is an accomplished SCCA autocross Corvette racer & plays her prized Gibson Les Paul guitar in a local band.
