Girls 16-18 Age Division

Round one saw the only under par round for the girls shot by Claire Albrecht.  Playing alongside Claire in the final group on Sunday were Lauren Heinlen and Jenny Kim.  Each searching for their first win, only Jenny was able to maintain the same magic from Saturday.  Kim went on to post a 71, highlighted by 3 birdies, to total 145 for a 5 stroke victory.  Tied for second place, Andie Shukow and Sarah May both mustered steady play to post 150 18-hole totals.

Girls 13-15 Age Division

Taylor Roberts, from Parkland, coming off of a win at Viera East again sees her name near the top of the leaderboard after the first round.  Her first round 73 found here tied with Juliana Camargo and just one shot behind Karoline Tuttle.  Taylor's even par round to finish the tournament was good for a first place finish, besting Camargo and Casey Weidenfeld by four and five shots respectively.  On the season, Taylor has a win, one second place finish and two third place finishes on the FJT. She has also never finished worse than 8th in her career.

Boys 13-15 Age Division

Another final group that featured three players in search of their first FJT victory.  First round leaders Adamo Di Tullio and Lambert Lan were not able to maintain the momentum they had going on Saturday as each stumbled on Sunday.  Their fellow competitor, Carter Dalili, plotted along steadily as he finished 73-73-146.  Unbeknownst to Carter, ahead of him there were a few spectacular scores.  Tianyu Wu finished earlier with a second round-70 to finish at two over par.  Playing in the penultimate group, Luke Clanton was able to get off to a hot start with a birdie on one and finished with a 2 under-par 70.  Clanton's even-par 144 total was the best of the tournament.
