TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                   ALL PLAYERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WALK AND USE A CLUB CADDIE. *

Players will be responsible for caddie fees each day.

3.                  COURSE SET- UP:  Total yardage will be approximately 6600 yards.

4.                  DIRECTIONS TO CALUSA PINES: From I-75, take the Immokalee Road/CR-846; Exit 111, East approximately 5 miles. Turn right on Ridge Road for 1 mile and you will arrive at clubhouse.

5.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort for $149-$159, reservations must be made prior to October 8, 2004 by calling 1-800-241-3333 or 239-593-2000, please reference the FSGA Senior Four-Ball Championship. Additional reservations are available at the Hampton Inn – Naples I-75 for $59.00, these rooms must be reserved by September 24. Call 239-596-1299 and again specify the Senior four-Ball to receive preferred rate.

6.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up on the veranda behind the clubhouse. All contestants are requested to check in.

7.                  PRATICE ROUND: Please see separate information sheet.

8.        PAYMENT: Calusa Pines Golf Club will only be able to accept CASH (NO CREDIT CARDS)                     for all purposes.

9.         SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will be strictly enforced.

* A small amount of golf carts are available for any player with a medical reason or those players over 62 who feel they will be unable to walk. However if you wish the use of a cart you must call the FSGA office prior to the close of entries. (9/29/04) 813-632-3742.  Players who are authorized to use carts will not be charged cart fees however you must still use a club caddie.
