Quotable
“I like the course. The two nines are very different, so if you’re playing bad on one nine just refresh and keep going. I don’t have much experience with match play, so it will be different for me and I am excited. I am going to try to play what I normally play and focus on fairways and greens and see where that takes me.” – Sarah Edwards
“I am super excited heading into match play and my mindset isn’t going to change too much. The course is hard and in great condition and I am just going to take it one shot at a time. I have played in the U.S. Girls’ Junior and I think that experience will help me this week.” – Amelie Alcantara
"I am super excited for match play and I am going to focus on attacking pins and making more birdies and eagles. Hole eleven, the par five, is a great hole for match play. I only had 225 yards in today and did not go for it, but I definitely would in match play. I have played in a lot of the U.S. Four-Ball, U.S. Girls’ Junior, and Florida Amateur and it is so much fun and I am looking forward to the rest of the week.” – Chloe Schiavone “It feels pretty good, I didn’t really play my best this week but it was still good enough to get into a playoff and secure a spot so I am pumped. I am just going to take it shot by shot and play the best I can.” -Casey Sommer
