Naples, FL - Vanderbilt Country Club is set to host the 31st Women’s Amateur Stroke Play Championship on July 11th - 13th. A total of 84 players will be participating in this year’s tournament, with numerous being exempt for strong play in recent tournaments.
Vanderbilt Country Club
Vanderbilt Country Club will prove to be a formidable test for some of the best players in Florida. Established in 1999 and designed by Kipp Schulties, Vanderbilt will play as a 6,041 yard par-72 with numerous trees and lakes in play. Stand-out holes will include the difficult par-4 4th hole, with a narrow tee shot and an approach into an elevated green, as well as the short par-5 18th hole, which may provide a last minute birdie in the final round. This will be the first time that Vanderbilt Country Club will host an FSGA Championship event.
