EGLIN AFB GOLF COURSE

April 5th – 6th, 2003

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1. FORMAT: 36 holes of stroke play. Maximum of four players per team. Total of the low three scores of the four gross scores for each team will count. Day 1 tee times will begin at 8:00 AM, day two will be an 8:30 SHOTGUN. Sunday the time will “Spring ahead” one hour. Do not be late to the tee!!!

2. GROUPINGS: The field will be re-paired according to team scores following the first round.

3. COURSE SET- UP:  Yardage will be between 6450 – 6550 yards. Play will be from the Blue tees.

4. DIRECTIONS TO EGLIN GOLF COURSE: Visit FSGA web site (course directory) to obtain a map.

5. ACCOMMODATIONS: No special arrangements have been made. The Holiday Inn Express, 106 Bay Shore Drive is within 5 minutes and recommended. Call (850) 678-9131 for reservations.

6. REGISTRATION: There will be a registration table set up in the snack bar area. Each player must check in to receive additional tournament information and their tee gift.

7. CLUB PROPER:

                                                               i.      Proper golf attire must be worn at all times on club property.

                                                             ii.      Eglin AFB Golf Course accepts cash or Visa/MasterCard.

                                                            iii.      Play one ball only during your practice round. DO NOT hit multiple shots from any one place on the course.

8. PRACTICE ROUND: You may book your practice round up to 7 days in advance for a fee of $25 per round. You may schedule your practice round anytime, based on space available except Sat and Sun which must be after 12 PM. NOTE: NO PRACTICE ROUND WILL BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY AFTERNOON APRIL 4^TH.
