1. FORMAT: 36 holes individual stroke play within age divisions.  All players are required to play in their respective age division (40-54, 55-64 and 65 & over) based on the player’s age as of 3/31/2009.

2. TEE TIMES:  Round one tee times will begin at 11:00 AM off of the 1^st and 10^th tees.  Round two will be an 8:00 AM shotgun.

3. PRACTICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event at a rate of $50 plus tax per person.  Weekend practice rounds are restricted to after 12:00 PM.  Call (407) 240-4653 to arrange your practice round. 

4. COURSE SET-UP:  The golf course will be set-up approximately 6700 yards for the 40 – 54 age division, 6400 yards for the 55 – 64 age divisions, and 6100 yards for the 65 & over age division.

5. FLIGHTING: After the first round, the number of flights in each age division will be determined by the number of players and the range of scores in each age division.

7. REGISTRATION:  There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop before the first round of play. All contestants are requested to check in.

8. METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Hunter’s Creek Golf Club accepts cash and Visa/MasterCard.

9. GPS AND RANGE FINDERS: In this competition, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance ONLY. However, if, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., gradient, wind-speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used.”

Directions from Interstate-4
Travel to the 528 Beachline Expressway East. Take 528 East to John Young Parkway South. Go south on John Young Parkway and travel approximately 4 miles to Hunter's Creek Boulevard. Turn left on Hunter's Creek Boulevard and travel ¼ mile. Entrance on left hand side.

Directions from Walt Disney World Resort Area (12-17 minutes)
Take the 417 Expressway North to the John Young Parkway exit. Go south on John Young Parkway and travel approximately 1 mile to Hunter's Creek Boulevard. Turn left on Hunter's Creek Boulevard and travel ¼ mile. Entrance on left hand side.

Directions from Orange County Convention Center (12-17 minutes)
Take 528 Beachline Expressway East to John Young Parkway South. Go south on John Young Parkway and travel approximately 4 miles to Hunter's Creek Boulevard. Turn left on Hunter's Creek Boulevard and travel ¼ mile. Entrance on left hand side.
