A note from the Tournament Chairman...

Amelia National Golf Club is set for this weekend's tournament and the weather forecast looks great. Below are a few notes, reminders, and suggestions for this weekend.

• Pace of Play - There are several lengthy walks between the play of holes at Amelia National and if players don't pay attention to their pace they could easily fall behind. Players should walk at a brisk pace and consider playing "ready golf" if their group falls behind. The "allotted time" has been adjusted for weather, course conditions, and distances between holes. Avoid penalties!

• Player Shuttles - Players may ride in any cart in the following locations: #9 to #10, #12 to #13, and #16 to #17.
• Yardage Books - Tour quality yardage books are available in the Golf Shop for $12, however the yardages are measured from the back teeing grounds.
• Breakfast / Food & Beverage - Breakfast is NOT available at the club. Please make arrangements prior to arriving at the club. Food, beverages, and snacks will be available at the turn stand and upstairs in the restaurant.
