TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET- UP:  Total yardage will be between 6800 – 6900 yards.

3.                  DIRECTIONS TO GOLDEN OCALA: From I-75 take Exit 354; head west on NW Blichton Road/US-27 approximately 5 miles, turn Left on NW 84^th Terrace, then left on NW 31^st Lane Road.

4.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Hilton-Ocala for $79.00 per night. Call (352) 854-1400 for reservations prior to May 7, 2004 and identify yourself as an FSGA participant.

5.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

6.          PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event.  Players may make tee times one week in advance. Monday thru Thursday anytime on a space available basis. Friday thru Sunday after 12 noon. The cost of the practice round is $30.00 plus tax. Please call (352) -671-3933 to reserve a time for your practice round. The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

7.                  PAYMENT Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club accepts: Amex and Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.

8.                  SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will be strictly enforced.
