Players should arrive at Bent Pine Golf Club by 12:30 PM and find their locker in the locker room
Team meetings begin with your team captain at 1:00 (Players only - no parents)
Skills challenge begins at 1:30 PM on the practice range
Practice rounds begin at 2:00 PM. Groupings are assigned by team captains
ONLY CASH is accepted in the Snack Bar.
Depart club whenever you like
Optional dinner at the Riverside Cafe at approximately 7:00 PM (see directions in your locker)
Monday, July 29th
Arrive at club by 7:00 AM
Team pictures on range at 7:15 AM
Matches begin off #1 and #10
Lunch Buffet provided for players. Parents may purchase for $12+ (cash only)
Afternoon matches begin at approximately 12:45. Players will have at least 30 minutes to have lunch between matches
Mandatory Pairings Dinner at Bent Pine at 7:00 PM. Golf attire or nicer (no jeans, no flip flops, no t-shirts, no hats). Players should bring a change of clothes to the club to use if they don't have time to return to the hotel.
Tuesday, July 30th
Single matches are 7:30 to 9:30 off #1
Once each match concludes, players should head back onto course to support their teammates
Cup presented to the winning team on the putting green following the conclusion of the final match
