Jacksonville resident, Kaitlyn Schroeder, continued her great play, after winning the last 13-15 FJT event, by finishing in second place. Kaitlyn posted two rounds of 72 to finish at even par 144 and one stroke ahead of Kavya Ajjarapu, of Lutz, in third place. Kavya posted a red number 71 in round one, followed by a 74 in the final round to finish at 145 (+1).

Girls 16-18

A wire-to-wire victory was achieved by Skylee Shin, of Doral, due to posting two red numbers! Skylee earned her first win of 2019 after winning for the first time in May of 2018 at the 54-Hole Major hosted by Trump National Doral.  Six birdies in round one led to a 68 (-4) and early lead over a field of tough competition. In the final round, Skylee carded two birdies on the front nine and one birdie on the final nine holes to secure the win at 139 (-5). One stroke behind, finished Lisa Marie Rudometkin, of Wesley Chapel, in second place. Rudometkin shot two strokes better in round two, due to scoring two birdies on each the front and back nine for a 69 total and 140 (-4) final. A tight leaderboard saw Cynthia Tu, of Viena, VA, finish in third place at 141 (-3), two strokes from the lead.

$95 or $115 entry fee (GHIN vs non-GHIN price)

Tournament rounds are being played on the Jones Course. Since 1994, this signature Rees Jones golf course is a favorite of the tour players. It is a traditional links-style 7,088 yard design. You'll enjoy the strategic mounding, numerous expanses of sand bunkers, natural marsh areas, beautiful lakes and undulating greens. While extremely playable for all skill levels, the ingenious and inventive player is rewarded with multiple options on nearly every shot

How Entries are Accepted

  • Players with an unused FJT exemption will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis (if submitted before the entry deadline).
  • Players without an FJT exemption - all other entries are held until the entry closing date. Shortly after the closing date, a computer-generated random draw is performed to determine which entries are accepted, and the order of the alternates. All players are notified of their status after the random draw is conducted.
  • An alternates list will be posted to the FJT website under "Tee Times & Player Information".
  • Entries submitted after the entry deadline will be added to the bottom of the alternates list or used to fill any openings in the field.
