The FSGA conducts three qualifying events for this Championship. 
Eligibility
Entries are open to professional golfers and amateur golfers who have reached their 50th birthday by first day of the championship. Amateurs must have an up-to-date Men’s Handicap Index not exceeding 3.4 under the USGA Handicap System
Qualifying Sites
- May 29 - Wilderness Country Club, Naples
- May 30 - Lone Palm Golf Club, Lakeland
- June 7 - The Bear's Club, Jupiter
