TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET- UP:  Total yardage will be between 6800 – 6900 yards.

3.                  DIRECTIONS TO THE SUGAR MILL COUNTRY CLUB: Visit www.fsga.org to obtain directions and map.

4.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: The arrangements made at the Holiday inn Hotel & Suites for $79 per night with a reservation deadline of May 20.  Please call (386) 426 – 0020 and identify yourself as a FSGA competitor for reservations.

5.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in. You will receive tee favor and tournament information at the registration table.

6.          PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds may be scheduled one week prior to the event. The cost of the practice round is $30.00 plus tax.  The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

7.                  PAYMENT: The Sugar Mill Country Club accepts Cash and Visa or MasterCard for method of payment.

8.                  SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will strictly be enforced. See example on the reverse side.
