TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                  FORMAT: 36 holes of stroke play. Maximum of four players per team. Total of the low three scores of the four gross scores for each team will count.

2.                  SEEDING: Teams will be seeded based on last years performance, other FSGA events and/or total of team handicap indexes.

3.                  GROUPINGS: The field will be re-paired according to team scores following the first round.

4.                  COURSE SET- UP:  King and Bear and the Slammer & Squire Courses. Yardage will be between 6600 – 6700 yards. Play will be from the Black tees.

5.                  DIRECTIONS TO World Golf Village: From I – 95 take Exit 95A, head west to the Golf Course. Visit FSGA web site (course directory) to obtain a map.

6.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Comfort Suites World Golf Village for $74 per night with a deadline for reservations of April 18^th. After this date the rooms will be released. Based on availability they will honor the rate after April 18^th. Call (904) 940-9500 and identify yourself as an FSGA competitor for reservations.

7.                  REGISTRATION: There will be a registration table set up at each course, vicinity of the pro-shop. Each player must check in to receive additional tournament information and their tee gift.

8.                  CLUB PROPER:

·         Proper golf attire must be worn at all times on club property.

·         The World Golf Village accepts cash and credit cards.

·         Play one ball only during your practice round. DO NOT hit multiple shots from any one place on the course.

9.                  PRACTICE ROUND: You may call 7 days in advance to book your practice round. The fee will be $25 plus tax per round and $25 plus tax for a second round. Please call (904) 940-6088 to schedule your tee times, and identify yourself as an FSGA Club Team Contestant.

10.              WAIVER OF RULE 7-1b: The FSGA is waiving Rule 7-1b (Practice on a competition course between rounds).
