SUBJECT:                                  Qualifying Information

 

1.     Enclosed are the groupings and pertinent information for the qualifying round at the Emerald Dunes Golf Course in West Palm Beach, FL on June 3, 2004.  They will accept Cash, Visa/MasterCard and American Express for method of payment.  

 

2.     Emerald Dunes Golf Course prohibits the use of traditional metal spikes.

 

3.     To arrange your practice round, call (561) 684-4653.  Practice rounds are available one week prior to the competition.  The cost of a practice round Monday – Thursday is $25 tax and Friday – Sunday $40 tax after 12:00 pm. All contestants playing a practice round must reserve a tee time.

 

4.     Practice Rounds:  Remember you are a guest at Emerald Dunes Golf Course and gentlemanly behavior and proper dress is expected at all times.  The proper place to practice your swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

 

5.     All players MUST RIDE during the qualifying round.  PLAYERS are responsible for their cart/course fee at the qualifying round.  The cost of the qualifying round is $25 tax and includes range balls.  Spectators and caddies are welcome, but they must walk at all times.

 

6.     At the time of this mailing the number of qualifying spots had not been determined by the FSGA.  This information will be posted at the qualifier.

 

 

Only those individuals who advance to the Championship, including exempt players, must pre-register and remit $50.00 either online at the FSGA website at www.fsga.org or by check to the FSGA office for advance payment of Championship fees.
