Born and raised in Worcester County, Massachusetts, Lauren Fantaroni joined the FSGA as an intern in May 2019 before coming to work full time in June of 2020. She played collegiate golf for the University of Tampa and graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management.
Being born into a family who are avid golfers, Lauren began playing competitively at the age of six. Her many years of play led to her recruitment of UT’s golf team, as well as her love for the sport. During the summer months, Lauren worked at Tatnuck Country Club in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she ran the PGA Junior League, summer golf camps, and more.
Eventually, her experiences with golf led to her receiving a scholarship from the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund. From once being a junior golfer herself, to working with juniors, Lauren aspired to making it her main focus once graduating from college. Outside of golf, loves working out, cooking Italian food, and adventures with friends and family.
