Two-Man Shoot-Out

Two-Man Shoot-Out - Player Information

As the official home of the LPGA, LPGA International has two championship courses. The Legends course, designed by Arthur Hills, opened in October 1998 and compliments the first course, designed by Rees Jones, which opened in July 1994. Named the Champions course, the Jones links-style design has been selected for many awards such as GOLF MAGAZINE’s “Top Ten You Can Play” public access courses.

ELIGIBILITY:  Entrants must both be members of the FSGA.

ENTRY FEE:  $360 ($380 - members who do not have an active FSGA/GHIN Handicap).

ENTRIES CLOSE:  Wednesday, April 16

CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT:  The Championship is all stroke play. On day 1 (May 17), the morning round will be modified alternate shot where each player will drive, then the team selects a ball to be played into the hole on an alternate shot basis. The afternoon round will be a two-man scramble. The third round, Day 2 (May 18), will be 18 holes of four-ball. If necessary, there will be a three hole aggregate score play-off for champion.  The play-off format will be the same as the Championship format (Modified Alternate Shot/Scramble/Four-Ball). If the play-off results in a tie, play will immediately continue, hole by hole. It is the player’s responsibility to be present for any playoff.

FLIGHTS:  After 36 holes. The number of flights will be based on the number of teams and/or the range of scores.
